Q & A

Q. How can we get started?

A. You establish a client who could benefit from radio advertising and provide us with a brief. (Sample briefs available). We provide you with some concepts that can be integrated within a campaign and if necessary we can present these scripts to your client, and act on their feedback. In essence, Tom Dick and Debbie will act as your radio department. When the client has approved the ad, the production process begins.

Q. How much should we charge our client?

A. Tom Dick and Debbie will provide you with a comprehensive price list that covers all aspects of radio production from script writing and editing to voiceovers and music. Once the client has approved the concepts, Tom Dick and Debbie will work with you to put together a very competitive quotation for your client, then you add some on top. We will guide you through the potentially complex area of voice over, usage charges and music.

Q. How can we be sure that you are any good?

A. Our radio team is headed by Richard Lewis, who has been producing award winning Radio Ads since 1981. Ads number in their thousands and have appeared on every local and national radio station in the UK. We have experienced voice overs from all over the UK, and our sound quality & production techniques are right up there with the best London studios, but with Oxford overheads.

Q. What clients have you worked for?

A. Our clients include Mothercare, Volvo, Mitsubishi, John Smiths, Yorkshire TV, Manchester Evening News, Adams Childrensware, British Airways, Carphone Warehouse, Airtours, Amstrad, Slumberland Beds and many more…

Q. What if we want to write the scripts ourselves?

A. For companies that have in-house writers you may wish to develop your own scripts. Tom Dick and Debbie will work with you in the way that best suits your needs. We can team-up with your writers to ensure that the production process is painless and professional.

Q. Where do we go from here?

A. Just give Richard a call, and we can arrange to come and show you how it all works, and present some of our work to you.
